Terms of Service

By creating a Checklabs account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Checklabs.

Checklabs is a multi-tenant restaurant menu management platform. It allows businesses to create digital menus accessible via a unique subdomain. Features vary by plan.

You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

The Free plan includes limited resources (properties, venues, menus) as shown at sign-up. Paid plans unlock higher limits. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

• Do not use Checklabs for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt to access other tenants' data
• Do not upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the platform

You retain ownership of the content you upload (menus, images, descriptions). By uploading, you grant Checklabs a license to host and serve that content to your customers.

New signups are reviewed before activation. We reserve the right to decline or suspend any account at our discretion.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

Checklabs is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
